Why book landscaping as a group
- One crew for beds, hedges, brush, hardscape and haul-away instead of a different vendor for each
- Timing that matches how plants actually grow here, not a generic national calendar
- Debris leaves with us — we do not finish a cleanup by leaving a pile at the curb
- Follow-up built into blackberry and brush work, because one cutting is not enough
Landscaping services
Each one is priced per visit or per project after we see the property. Combining a few in the same trip usually saves a drive.
Spring & Fall Clean Up
A seasonal reset so the property is ready for what comes next
We remove leaves, pine needles, branches, and other yard debris. We also edge garden beds, cut back dead plants, and blow off driveways, walkways, and other hard surfaces. Spring cleanups prepare your yard for new growth, while fall cleanups help keep it clean and healthy through the wet winter months.
Hedge Trimming
Shaped growth that stays healthy, not just short
We trim laurel, arborvitae, boxwood, and many other types of hedges using the right tools for the job. We shape each hedge carefully to help it stay full, healthy, and neat from top to bottom instead of becoming thin or bare over time.
Bush Trimming
Keep shrubs full, shaped, and off the house
We carefully trim and prune bushes around your home, in garden beds, and throughout your yard. Unlike hedge trimming, we shape each plant based on how it naturally grows. This helps rhododendrons, hydrangeas, spirea, and similar shrubs stay healthy, neat, and natural-looking instead of being cut into square shapes.
Mulching/Weed Control
Beds that stay dark, moist, and mostly weed-free
We remove existing weeds, clean up and reshape the edges of your garden beds, then add a fresh layer of bark or arborist mulch. Mulch helps the soil hold moisture, slows down new weed growth, and gives your yard a clean, finished look.
Brush Clearing
Take the back of the property back
Solares removes Scotch broom, salmonberry, ivy, and other heavy brush that has taken over parts of your property. We clear fence lines, yard edges, greenbelt areas, and unused spaces, then haul away the debris so the area is clean, open, and ready to use again.
Blackberry Removal
Cut the canes, hit the crowns, keep them from coming back
We remove blackberry vines from fence lines, ditches, slopes, and overgrown areas of your property. Cutting them back one time is usually not enough, so we remove the vines and work on the roots to help control future growth.
Small Tree Removal
Take down trees we can handle without a crane
We remove small trees, large young trees, and unhealthy trees that can be safely taken down from the ground or with basic climbing. This service is usually for trees under about 25 feet and away from homes, buildings, and power lines. If a tree is too large or close to a roof or power line, we will let you know if it needs a licensed tree service with the right equipment.
Yard Maintenance
The recurring visit that keeps the whole property looking tended
Our regular yard maintenance service takes care of more than just mowing. We pull weeds from garden beds, pick up yard debris, maintain clean edges, and blow off driveways and walkways. It is a good option for homeowners who want their whole yard kept clean and cared for between larger seasonal cleanups.
Sprinkler Installation & Repair
Water the lawn you have, not the driveway and the neighbor's
New irrigation systems and repairs to the one that already leaks, skips a zone, or has not been blown out in years. We design for western Washington summers — short, dry, and hard on turf — and we winterize so freeze damage does not become a spring rebuild.
Retaining Wall Installation
Hold the slope so the yard can actually be used
Block and timber retaining walls for hillside lots, driveway cuts and beds that keep washing downhill. Built for the rain and the clay we have here — proper drainage behind the wall, not just a pretty face that fails in two winters.
Paver Installation
Patios, walkways and drive aprons that stay level
Interlocking pavers for patios, paths, fire-pit pads and driveway edges. Base work and edge restraint first, then the pattern — so the surface does not heave, sink or grow a moss river down the middle after a couple of wet winters.
