What is the difference between spring and fall cleanup?

Spring is about getting beds and lawn ready to grow — leftover leaves, winter blowdown, and cutting back what we left for cold protection. Fall is about getting water and debris off surfaces before the rain sets in for months. Most properties benefit from both.

Do you take the debris with you?

Yes. Leaves, needles, prunings and bed waste leave with us. If the volume is unusually large we will say so up front rather than surprise you on the invoice.

Can cleanup be combined with other work?

That is usually the better way to do it. Fall cleanup pairs well with gutter cleaning, aeration and lime. Spring cleanup pairs with mulch and the first hedge trim.

We note drainage, what needs cutting back versus leaving for winter interest, and where debris is actually causing a problem.

Clear, cut and edge
Leaves and needles raked and blown, beds edged, and plants cut back. Hard surfaces get a full blow-down.

Haul it out
Everything tarped to the truck. You are left with a property that looks tended, not a debris pile waiting for you.
