Mulching/Weed Control

We remove existing weeds, clean up and reshape the edges of your garden beds, then add a fresh layer of bark or arborist mulch. Mulch helps the soil hold moisture, slows down new weed growth, and gives your yard a clean, finished look.

What you get

Included every time

  • Weeds pulled before they go to seed, not just buried under bark
  • Bed edges recut so mulch stays in the bed instead of washing onto the lawn
  • Depth kept at two to three inches — enough to suppress weeds, not enough to rot stems
  • Sourced bark that matches what is already on the property when we can
Our process

How a mulching/weed control visit runs

  1. 01

    Clear the bed

Weeds pulled, including roots. Old, matted mulch that is sealing off the soil gets loosened or removed.

  2. 02

    Recut the edge

A clean trench at the lawn line keeps the new mulch from migrating every time it rains.

  3. 03

    Lay and finish

Mulch spread even, pulled back from trunks and stems, and watered in if the forecast is dry.
