Do I need a sprinkler system in western Washington?

Not in November. Yes in July and August, when we often go weeks without useful rain and new seed or a south-facing lawn will brown. A well-zoned system is cheaper than redoing turf every few years.

Can you repair a system someone else installed?

Usually. We start by locating the controller, valves and breaks. If parts are obsolete we will say so and quote a repair versus a partial rebuild.

Do you winterize sprinklers?

Yes, and we recommend it. A compressor blow-out in the fall is far cheaper than replacing split laterals after a freeze. We can add it to a fall cleanup visit.

Walk the system
We run zones, mark heads that do not pop, leaks, and coverage gaps. For a new install we measure the lawn, beds and water pressure first.

Repair or install
Broken heads and valves swapped, leaks cut out, or new laterals and heads trenched in. Controllers programmed to a schedule that matches our climate, not a factory default.

Test and winterize
Every zone run and adjusted. In fall we blow the lines so you are not buying the same repair next March.
