What this covers

Why book lawn maintenance as a group

  • A cut height and schedule that follow western Washington growth, not a fixed weekly bill in January
  • Edging and blow-down included so the lawn does not look unfinished against the driveway
  • Fall renovation — aeration, seed, lime — sequenced so each visit makes the next one work better
  • Fertilizer timed to our climate instead of a bag program written for somewhere drier

Lawn Maintenance services

Each one is priced per visit or per project after we see the property. Combining a few in the same trip usually saves a drive.

Mowing

A crisp, even cut on a schedule you can count on

Weekly and bi-weekly lawn mowing for Kitsap, Pierce, Mason and Thurston county properties. We cut at the right height for Pacific Northwest turf, alternate mowing patterns to keep grass upright, and blow down every hard surface before we leave.

Weekly or bi-weeklyDetails

Trimming & Edging

Clean lines where the lawn meets everything else

We trim around fences, garden beds, trees, and other areas the mower cannot reach. We also create clean edges along walkways, driveways, and garden beds to give your yard a neat, well-maintained look.

With every mow, or monthlyDetails

Seeding & Sodding

Fill the thin spots or start the lawn over

We add grass seed to lawns that are thin, patchy, or worn out. If your lawn is too damaged to fix with seed, we can install new sod for a fresh start. We use grass types that grow well in Pacific Northwest weather, including rain, shade, and moss.

Once or twice a yearDetails

Aerating

Relieve compaction so roots can breathe

Aerating removes small plugs of soil from your lawn to help loosen hard, packed ground. This allows water, air, and nutrients to reach the grass roots more easily, helping your lawn grow healthier and stronger.

Dethatching

Pull the mat so water and seed can reach the soil

We remove the layer of dead grass and organic matter (thatch) that can build up on your lawn’s surface. Too much thatch can suffocate your grass and prevent it from thriving. Dethatching allows your lawn to breathe again!

Every one to three yearsDetails

Fertilizer Programs

Feed the lawn on a schedule the climate actually rewards

We offer fertilizer programs with three to four visits throughout the year. Each treatment is timed for Pacific Northwest weather to help your lawn grow strong in spring, stay healthy in summer, and build stronger roots before winter. Weed control can also be added when needed.

3–4 applications a yearDetails

Lime Application

Correct the acidity our rain leaves behind

Pacific Northwest rain can make the soil too acidic, which can lead to more moss and weaker grass. Lime helps balance the soil so your lawn can use fertilizer better and grow healthier.
